We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Return shipping is free for orders over $50 (domestic).
• Please include the order number or packing slip.

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

• Refunds appear within 3–10 business days (depending on your bank).
• Gift card purchases are refunded as store credit.

Need a different size, color, or variant? We make exchanges simple. Free exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

1. Start an exchange via our returns portal (select “exchange”).
2. Ship the original item back (we’ll provide a prepaid label).
3. Once we receive it, your new item ships within 2 business days.

If the price differs, we’ll adjust the difference via store credit or payment.

We ship to most locations worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
